It is good to know that as Levis and Lauzon existed separately, as separate municipalities and that some scribes have confused the city and the county.

Domaine Vert-Nord, Domaine Vert-Sud, Mirabelle, Mirabel-en-Haut, Petit-St-Charles, St-Antoine, St-Augustin, St-Benoît, St-Canut, St-Hermas, St-Janvier, St-Jérusalem, Ste-Monique and Ste-Scholastique.

In 2000, St-Jovite merged :
Mont-Tremblant and St-Jovite.

In 2001, Montréal will be merged :
Anjou, Baie-d'Urfé, Beaconsfield, Côte-St-Luc, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Dorval, Hamstead, Ile-Bizard, Ile-Dorval, Kirkland, Lachine, Lasalle, Mont-Royal, Montréal, Montréal-Est, Montréal-Nord, Montréal-Ouest, Outremont, Pierrefonds, Pointe-Claire, Roxboro, Senneville, St-Laurent, St-Léonard, Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, Ste-Geneviève, Verdun and Westmount.

In 2001, Québec will be merged :
Beauport, Cap-Rouge, Charlesbourg, Lac-St-Charles, L'Ancienne-Lorette, Lauretteville, Québec, St-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Ste-Foy, St-Emile, Sillery, Val-Bélair and Vanier.

In 2001, Lévis will be merged :
Charny, St-Nicolas, Lévis, Pintendre, Ste-Hélène-de Breakeyville, St-Etienne-de-Lauzon, St-Jean-Chrysostome, St-Joseph-la-Pte-Lévy, St-Rédempteur and St-Romuald.

In 2001, Longueuil will be merged :
Boucherville, Brossard, Grenfield Park, Le Moyne, Longueuil, St-Bruno-de-Montarville, St-Hubert and St-Lambert.

In 2001, Hull-Gatineau will be merged :
Aylmer, Buckingham, Gatineau, Hull and Masson-Angers.
